  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, bullysticks.ca ships merchandise to locations within Canada and the United States.  The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. As we attempt to abide by our flat rate shipping rules, sometimes due to remote location delivery and higher than expected shipping rates we reserve the right to add extra charges as a result.  We always do our best to ensure the shipping rate is kept down to a minimum and will advise you before you are billed so you are aware of the rate to be charged. Please note that any re-shipping/return to sender charges associated with incorrect address information will be the responsibility of  the customer.



  • Sales Tax

  • bullysticks.ca charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Web site based on the applicable provincial sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped. If it was noted that taxes are not applied as required we may add them as per your province and advise you of this via e-mail.



  • Return Policy

  • You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Bullysticks.ca reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. We are committed to providing with product as descrbed on our website.  We make efforts to describe the items to the best of our abilities so you know what to expect when you receive your order.  If you are not satisfied with the item(s) received, please contact us by e-mail so we may make every effort to ensure that your concerns are addressed. We do allow refunds for any unused product within 30 days as long as product is in its original shipped condition. We do not cover shipping costs on any items that are returned back to us. If a refund is provided, the shipping costs are not refunded. The amount of unused product will be refunded upon inspection of it.  Please do not return any items to us as a return authorization number would have to be issued by us.  As our business has been growing by referrals and online searches, we are committed to customer satisfaction..We want you, and your dog(s) to be our customer for life.  We are very happy to see return customers.
