Naturally Shed Antlers for Dogs

Deer, elk and moose shed their antlers naturally every year. We collect those shed antlers and sell them just as they are, with nothing added, so your dog gets a hard, natural chew that’s rich in nutrients such as glucosamine and can last for weeks. No animals are harmed.

Antlers have no odour and don’t leave a greasy mess, which makes them a favourite indoor chew. Each one is a natural product, so shape, length and thickness will vary.

Antler FAQs

Are antlers safe for dogs?

Antlers are a natural, long-lasting chew that many dogs enjoy. Choose the right size, supervise your dog, and take the antler away once it’s small enough to swallow or if pieces break off.

Should I choose a whole or a split antler?

Whole antlers last the longest. Split antlers are sliced to expose the marrow, which many dogs find more tempting and easier to get started on, though they wear down faster.

How long does an antler last?

Usually weeks, depending on the size of the antler and how hard your dog chews. We recommend your dog grinds down no more than about an inch per day.

Are any animals harmed?

No. Deer, elk and moose shed their antlers naturally every year, and ours are collected after they fall.

Do antlers smell or make a mess?

No. Antlers are odour-free and don’t leave greasy residue, which makes them a great indoor chew.
