Where We Ship

At this time, BullySticks.ca ships merchandise to locations within Canada. We are not able to ship outside of Canada.

Processing & Delivery Time

Your order typically ships within 1 business day from our warehouse in Toronto. We ship using UPS, Canpar, or Purolator, depending on your order. Once your order is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on orders of $75 or more before taxes. Please note that shipping costs may apply for certain remote areas in Canada.

As we attempt to abide by our flat rate shipping rules, sometimes due to remote location delivery and higher than expected shipping rates, we reserve the right to add extra charges as a result. We always do our best to ensure the shipping rate is kept down to a minimum and will advise you before you are billed so you are aware of the rate to be charged.

Shipping Address

To ship to a different address than your billing address, select “Ship to a different address?” at checkout. If your order has already been placed and hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update your address before shipping.

Please note that any re-shipping/return to sender charges associated with incorrect address information provided by the customer will be the responsibility of the customer.

Order Discrepancies

Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the order if there are any discrepancies. Any discrepancy concerns beyond 24 hours will not be addressed as this is beyond the allotted time period.

Risk of Loss

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
